How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your tri2max account using one of the following methods:
- In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. If the in-app deletion option is not available yet, please use the email request method below.
- By email: Send an email to support@tri2max.app with the subject "Delete tri2max account". The request should be sent from the email address associated with the tri2max account.
What data will be deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, tri2max will delete the associated personal data stored by tri2max, including:
- account profile data
- email address and login-related account identifiers
- training plan data
- workout and fitness data stored by tri2max
- connected service tokens, if any
- subscription status data stored by tri2max, where applicable
Data that may be retained
Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. This may include payment records, invoices, audit logs, or legal compliance records.
No payment card data is stored by tri2max if payments are processed by Apple or Google.
Deletion timeline
We usually process deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup copies or legally required records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes.
