tri2max is intended to provide digital information, training-related guidance, and service access for endurance and triathlon users.
The service is not presented as a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare advice.
tri2max provides user accounts based on email login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
The tri2max name, branding, site content, app content, software, design elements, and documentation are owned by or licensed to tri2max and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service for its intended purpose.
The website and app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific performance outcomes from training recommendations.
