These Terms of Use govern access to the tri2max website and mobile application.

tri2max is intended to provide digital information, training-related guidance, and service access for endurance and triathlon users.
The service is not presented as a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare advice.

tri2max provides user accounts based on email login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tri2max will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, if legal or security reasons require it, or if the service is discontinued.
If accounts are available, users may also stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the methods provided in the app or on the support pages.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law rules where applicable.
To the extent legally permissible, any dispute shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at the operator's place of business in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
